Every year the customer service team at Careington International is honored for all their hard work and dedication

Concept

During the pandemic, the ordinary is extraordinary. There are firemen, policemen, doctors, nurses, restaurant owners, and many more who venture to work every day. In addition to our fantasy superheros and idols, all of these are our heroes. Customer service for Careington play such a large role in our customer’s lives. Even during a pandemic, people still need dental and vision care, as well as prescriptions. The customer service team makes sure that Careington’s members get the help they need with their discount plans. They are someone’s hero through great customer service.

Branding

“Hero” and the surrounding graphics were added to the existing Careington logo to create the superhero look. The fonts used are Roboto and Avengeance.

Great design and branding generate results even for small projects

I approached this small project the same way I would approach a major brand from all visual elements. The results showed the size of the project does not equal the impact of the design work.

Connecting to employees says a lot about a brand

Connecting the brand to its employees creates a positive relationship and builds a strong company culture that emphasizes respect, loyalty and trust.
