 As a senior graphic designer for an in-house marketing team, I am responsible for elevating the brand through compelling visual storytelling, while also maintaining brand continuity across print and digital platforms. I develop and maintain the brand standards and brand architecture documents, including strategic thoughts about the direction of the brand, for a telemedicine company called DialCare. I provide creative direction and designs for the website, as well as working on every DialCare touch point related to print, trade show collateral and social media graphics in collaboration with cross-functional teams. In my current role, I have gained over five years’ experience designing for both B2B and B2C opportunities. My current team operates in a fast-paced working environment, simultaneously designing projects that range from building presentations and proposals for potential business opportunities to working on campaigns for current clients. I provide art direction and feedback to three other graphic designers to ensure our creative team is always producing quality work and improving the brand.

I take great pride in my work and I always strive to perform my job effectively. I’m always striving to increase my skill set and I am currently learning tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe After Effects.

Over the years, I have developed multidisciplinary skills in design, project management and account management. This experience has made me a better designer because not only do I speak the language of design, but I also understand the business side of a project. I am able to see all perspectives within a project and effectively communicate with clients to make sure their needs are met with every project.
